My order is also not moving, although my case has shipped (is that to torture us or what). I just rang and the CS Rep wanted to speak to Amazon Logistics (the carrier), why I have no idea as it hasn't even entered the preparing to ship stage, but unfortunately I was cut off. I await an email or a phone call back.
