Yes this is a cooking book, with many pictures.
The original azw3 is around 1050 pages, 100 mega; the pdf is over 1300 and 500mega. Several pages have been cutted in half (I mean 70% of the original book is now on one page of the pdf and 40-45 % on another one as it duplicates the middle part). The conversion has added some blue in the background of the text....
I'm looking in parrallel to find a azw3 viewer for my android tablet but I have not found any which works. I can read it only though the calibre viewer on my computer which is not really convenient.
Does anyone knows what I could do ?

Does the Kindle app not work on your Android tablet for some reason? Instead of PDF why not try using the KindleUnpack plugin to get an epub and using an epub reader instead?
