I think some someone's holding the book upside-down.
Which means I agree with JSWolf, the title and author should be switched ... but I'm not sure that is actually going to help. People are not good with faces when the orientation is wrong, so I suspect you may find many people have a problem with this one.
And like the others above, I can't say that this looks like general fiction to me. It's not quite horror ... maybe murder mystery. The cover combined with the title exacerbates this impression.
