Calibre has no control over the Kindle Indexer. You could try and restart the Kindle, but I think the usual culprit is a bad book (metadata ). The best chance is to remove all the books added since the K last worked fine. Then add 1 by 1 until you discover the problem book (then fix that book if you can , else skip that one)
