dunhill, Sorry about the delay in answering your interest. But after long search and many times overlooking the obvious I think I've found the answer. In settings/security and fingerprint I found on the last sentence "encryption" and it seems that my phone is encrypted, so obviously there cannot be access to my phone's data from calibre. At least I think this must be the reason. Now the second problem is for me to figure out how to lift this encryption. But I will turn to xda-developers for an answer on this.
