1) Yep, You could still play Table Top Joe if it was his nickname, but strictly speaking, the lyrics name him Tabletop Joe (without the space in the title), so I am not sure.

2) The URL for John E. Smoke is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvnWxiy41HM . Just take the fvnWxiy41HM part as text and wrap it with YOUTUBE markers by clicking the fourth to the left icon of the second line of the edit toolbar.
