I do that as well, but then I am stuck with multiple Calibre Library's that require me to do clean installs per backup.

I already have three extra user accounts on my computer for this reason.

I have at this point in time 14 separate Calibre db zips containing between 3 and 10 libraries each

and for giggles I just counted all my open and available (but not necessarily added to Calibre) after counting across backups of three machines on a 4tb hard drive plus the libraries on my current machine (of course there are most likely multiples of the same library I have a whopping....Holy Moses- I just counted using a a spreadsheet to keep count, 251 libraries!

Roughly 3/4 of those are basically the same library with bits of metadata changes however, they are all there and Lord knows it will take a long time to work through them.

Anyhow, I just wanted to make sure that all the settings and Calibre Cache and temporary internet files were backed up so that books in libraries can still be accessed.
