Not willing to do this as it means a lot of time wasted* re-loading books, sorting shelves etc.

I am currently using version 4.5.9587 with no problems so I will stay with that until I see any info about the next upgrade. Or if someone here finds a solution.
* Yes, I know that is supposed to be easy if I have all my books on Calibre but I don't actually find Calibre very easy to use. There, I said it! It seems to be good for those with programming knowledge but not for people who just want to read their ebooks.
