What a calm and polite thread this is. No-one posts claiming to have won, since the mere act of posting ensures that someone else has won.
It seems to have been the custom to proclaim the winner in your post. But I think we all are experienced enough now to know who has won, and the appreciate their victory without any need for vulgar declarations of victory.
