It shouldn't be a problem. And I have never had an issue with use ADE to download books and put them on my Kobo devices. But, I don't do that very often, so I did experiment today with my both my Aura ONE and Aura H2O. I borrowed a few books and put them on Aura ONE along with some purchased books. All loaded with no problems.

You already have a Kobo Touch. Have you tried it? The firmware for the different devices are the same. There should be no difference in how this works for the different Kobo devices.

And for the record, I am using ADE 2.0.1, firmware 4.6.9995 and Windows 10.
