When you find any tank, look out for any hose that comes out of it and follow it to where it goes. If there are more, follow them all. When you get where it ends it will point you to a familiar spigot or valve.
Or do the opposite, follow the drain tubing from the sinks right down to the tank. I hope you're agile. A powerful light will be great help.
