Sorry, but ADE 4.5.5 is not more stable if all you want to do is use it to download so you can move your ePub to Calibre to strip the DRM and then move to your Kobo. AE 2.0.1 is actual a lot more stable for this. With ADE 4.5.5, you might end up the new DRM that means you cannot use that ePub with your Kobo.
