Are you using the current test version(link in sig)? Because I thought it fixed AO3 login.
Do you have
always_login:true in your personal.ini under
[archiveofourown.org]? That's needed for AO3 user-required lists to be fetched logged in.
EDIT: BTW, please include URLs that demonstrate the reported problem if you want more than a guess.
