Your changing your mind would account for you having to pay return shipping. If it had been defective, they would have given you a shipping label. (ask me how I know! )

However, the fact that they did make a 'one time exception" and refund the balance, tells me they realize it was their mistake.

And it also reinforces my opinion that Amazon customer service RULES!
