You might be premature with that thank you.
I started with the tips book.
First off: the author page says a guy wrote the books. The book talks about how the author was a girl and now a wife and mother.

Second: it is obvious she has never done dishes.
She says to put non-stick in the dishwasher and never get cast iron near water.
Both of those are very wrong.
She also knows nothing about aluminum pans.
Now on to the next chapter.

Ok, this book is going from bad to worse
Here is an excerpt: To avoid that the banana darken in Macedonia, in addition to using the lemon juice, you can also soak for a few seconds the banana with its peel in the boiling water.

Looks like English is not a first language.

Or else the translator is incompetent.

Or or else (!) the author can't write. (Not that there's anything wrong with that!)

If they're that bad, I'll delete the little buggers from my Amazon account and wash my hands with a banana.
