Go to the post where you downloaded coplate's build of the KPVbooklet (the one you linked to).
Open the spoiler in the text. (spoilers are where we hide the technical details)
Use those commands, substituting the name of the package you are re-packaging.
Also note that the example shows he is using a Windows build of KindleTool.

You may or may not have to wait for coplate to return next week.
I do not know if those options in the commands require the build of KindleTool that only he has.
The Linux and Mac versions of KindleTool work the same as shown for windows (other than the different characters used in path names).
But try it with the KindleTool build in NiLuJe's snapshots thread first.
