I do not follow that quite.
I changed the "Refresh screen every" to "chapter" in FW 4.6.9960, and never changed it thereafter. The setting is also still present in the current FW 4.6.9995. Ergo: according your explanation the text should not be there anymore as it has been changed [in the past].
