No problem. You are apparently not alone with the cover connection issue, but I personally never saw that message, nor have I ever had any issues. And I have 2 covers, I bought a 2nd one when they were super cheap from the warehouse.
Neither has given me the message. So I wonder if its not the covers, but the connectors on the actual device that cause that issue.
