An omnibus edition of the "Martin Hewitt" detective stories of the English journalist and author, Arthur Morrison (1863-1945). His detective stories featuring the investigator Martin Hewitt, although virtually unknown today, were enormously popular during the late 1890s and early 1900s; at one time he was second in popularity only to Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories.
This volume contains the stories from three of his "Martin Hewitt" collections:
- Martin Hewitt, Investigator
- Collected Detective Stories
- The Red Triangle
This is still far from complete; there are at least two more "Martin Hewitt" short story collections which are not currently available as eBooks. I will add them to this omnibus if they become available in the future.
These are excellent stories, and deserve to be better known. Enjoy!
