I have a new PW3 with firmware version 5.7.4

I am stuck at step 3. The link to download the factory firmware does not work. It says "The file you are trying to access is no longer available publicly.
Please contact the user who has shared this file with you."

1. Can you fix the link?
2. Can I skip this step since my firmware version is already 5.7.4?
3. Just a curiosity, what does it mean PW3(B)? Black? If it's white it does not work?
