That being said, yep people with better vision might could tell the difference.
I've compared my H2O to an 800x600 Pearl 6" Reader and the difference was amazing.

I've seen my H2O in comparison to a PW3 and the PW3 did not look any sharper. So I don't think the difference is noticeable and 35dpi difference is irrelevant.
