I was content with the 2 gig storage of earlier Kindles and still would be but I can see the need for larger storage by people who read comics on Kindles. However, if I wanted to read comics I think I'd want a 10" tablet with a full HD screen. Screen size and resolution makes a big difference with comics. Far more than with ebooks.
I do read an occasional comic on my Lenovo full HD 10" tablet. I tried it on an 8" tablet and I could read it but not enjoy it. The same was true on a 10" HD tablet. I could do it. It wasn't fun. On the Lenovo it's easy.
