Three 2017/most-recent-in-series titles are on sale today as part of the US Kindle daily deal. Only one is on sale right now at Kobo US, but I'm including Kobo links for price check convenience.

Painted Queen is the last (??? don't know if Hess will do more ???) in the Amelia Peabody series by Elizabeth Peters, finished by Joan Hess. I am happy to see this one on sale. I like Joan Hess' two main series (Arly Hanks/Maggody and Clare Malloy) and so hopefully will like this title too. Queen has dropped to $2.99 at Kindle US.
