I'm using the send-to-email function to send a pdf to my Kindle.

The file's title is ABC. It is by the author 123.

Whenever I use send-to-email, it arrives with the title 'ABC - 123'.

Under 'Sending books to devices', the save template is {author_sort}/{title}

Under all of the Kindle Device Interface plugins, the save template is {author_sort}/{title}

Why is it still adding the author name to the file name? I can't work it out at all!
