Uh, most phones these days are at least 300ppi and IPS(so very very good viewing angles). The Motorola I suggested has 414ppi and an IPS screen. It also has 64GB of storage and has a microSD card slot so you can easily add more than double that.
For $99 the Fire Phone was a good deal, but time marches on and there's a lot of much much better phones out there now.
