Have installed this on my Glo HD yesterday. I have not experienced longer boot times, but performance has definitely changed: going to the Home screen or the My Books page from, I'd say, everywhere there is an accessible link to those sections, has become slower than it was before. In my case, with around 1100 books (mostly .kepub) on the device, I'm seeing a delay of 3-4 seconds. Accessing the index from inside a book, with the new button, is also similarly slow. I have changed the internal microSD with a faster one in the past though.
Some things, on the other hand, have become faster (Collections; Settings menu etc.)
Can't say I like the aesthetic behind the new '...' section in My Books.
Everything else seems to be working as it should. I haven't really noticed a decrease of ghosting.
