Is there anything a Fire Phone can do that a regular Android phone or even iPhone with Kindle app installed can't in regards to reading? Probably more choice in regards to reading on non-Fire phones because you can install apps from non-Amazon companies like Kobo.
Really any halfway decent Android phone will be better than the Fire Phone these days. Something like the Moto G Plus 5th gen is good replacement for not too much. The unlocked 64GB 4GB RAM version with no ads is only $270 on amazon.com right now. Plus you can pop a microSD card in for more storage.
