I can't repeat this problem. I just reconnected to Onedrive from a device that hadn't used Onedrive for a month, without having to enter any credentials.

Some thoughts:
  • All credentials will be forgotten if you uninstall/reinstall CC or "clear" its storage.
  • It is possible that if the device is running a later version of Android and has an SD card then CC's storage is being corrupted. You can avoid this by checking the box CC / Settings / Connecting to calibre / Cloud connection / Save cloud cache in main memory.
  • Credentials can get reset if there is an error communicating with the cloud provider.
