Chronicle Books has a dozen cookbooks on sale at $1.99 or $2.99, several are from restaurant owners, and other varied themes. It looks like Amazon has some additional on sale, but 12 of them are B&N's Daily Find, and members of Kobo's VIP program get a 10% discount.
