I just received my iLiad today. It's beautiful, but there's a major problem with the Wacom pen; namely, there are two vertical strips running the length of the screen which don't respond at all to the stylus. Below is a picture I took with my camera phone (sorry for the poor image quality) where I tried to completely color in a Notes page; the two white strips are the dead areas.
Have sent emails to iRex, but would appreciate any advice (and if anybody knows exactly which iRex email I should get in touch with, I'd appreciate it; I can't find anywhere which actually says: "This is the address to contact with support questions", so I just sent emails to
