I have a Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70F. While it's an older model, it has a very nice 1920x1200 10.1" screen.
Lenovo Canada is still offering the Tab 3 10 which has the same screen. The processor is a little slower than mine, but for reading I doubt you'd ever notice.
