That is your first problem. Never install Calibre from anywhere except the official web site for Calibre, which is https://calibre-ebook.com/ . Follow the special instructions for Linux.

Afterwards, uninstall any plug-in that still requires Qt4 with no provision for Qt5. You have several. Your error messages should be reduced, leaving you with only "real" problems.
