That error indicates either that some other process is writing to the calibre library folders at the same time as calibre, or the filesystem you have the library on is broken. Make sure the filesystem is a local disk formatted with NTFS.

And if you want to move a library from one OS to another robustly you can use the import/export tool to do it. https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq...ter-to-another
