Thanks radius, that was interesting reading. Yes the lack of Goto page number is a bit annoying, and yes the control over the light at the low end is not great (it goes dark enough for me, but takes a lot of fiddling - very similar to finding a specific page with the scroll thingy).
Totally off topic: Just found a cute trick. When I set my Aura One (sleep cover folded back/open), down on top of my Sony (in its closed cover), the Aura goes to sleep. Pick it up and it wakes up again. Must the the way the magnets are aligned.
