If by 'supernatural' you mean something like M R James, I'd say not. I'd call them Urban Fantasy as supernatural creatures actually exist in the series (albeit in an understated way) as well as paranormal abilities. In some ways they almost shade into paranormal romance as the mystery element tends to be on the cosy side.

They bring together secondary characters from all Harris' mystery series - the Aurora Teagarden and the Lily Bard mysteries, the Harper Connelly supernatural mysteries and they are set in what appears to be the same world as the Sookie Stackhouse books (which definitely qualify as Urban Fantasy).
