If you like to have your books organized in the reader, apart from Android readers (with Android applications to organize your books) Kobo readers integrate well with Calibre, so you can use Calibre plugins to automatically organize your books in collections. I also like being able to have the cover of the book I'm reading as sleep cover in the reader, although that probably won't be important to you coming from a Kindle.
