On September 12, many of the colors & configurations were available (although some said limited quantities and some had longer delivery times). I was busy at the time, so I just placed an order right away and got back to what I was doing.
I ordered the black wi-fi with special offers (this one didn't mention any shipping delays or limited inventory). It arrived today. However, it looks like it has the grainy screen quality issue.
Looks like most configurations are out of stock again. I wish we had some information on whether this is all about delays or discontinuation.
