StoryBundle has a new offering for:
The Light in the Dark YA Bundle curated by Allyson Longueira (
ISFDB), an editor for Kristine Kathryn Rusch & Dean Wesley Smith's WMG Publishing imprint.
This contains mainly newer titles by established and indie authors, but there's a nice-looking collection of short stories by Baen author Jody Lynn Nye (
ISFDB,
Wikipedia) at the top tier. Multiple genres are represented, with a lot of sfnal stuff in the mix, and some contemporary, historical, and western, too.
$5 minimum gets you 5 titles, including a Fiction River anthology.
$15 top tier adds 6 more titles, including a “Complete Box Set” of one series' storyline, and novels by Dean Wesley Smith, Kristine Kathryn Rusch writing as Kristine Grayson, and the Jody Lynn Nye collection.
Also still available,
The Truly Epic Fantasy Bundle curated by Kevin J. Anderson (
ISFDB,
Wikipedia)
The Fairy Tale Fantasy Bundle curated by Charlotte E. English (
ISFDB), both containing a similar mix of indie and occasional backlist.
Groupees is offering a multimedia
eigoManga bundle from the eponymous publisher (
Wikipedia) which specializes in domestic Japanese-influence comics and games.
Fixed tiers of $1, $3, and $5 for assorted DRM-free manga-styled comics (full storyarcs and anthologies from the look of it), short films (some DRM-free, some via Steam), and video games and soundtracks (via Steam for Windows, Mac, and Linux). There's a total of 18 items at the top tier (with an unlock bonus if they reach 500 purchases), which seems pretty decent value for money if you'd like to try it out.
Speaking of games and DRM-free,
x-link to the Media Deals thread for a Humble Bundle Store sale sfnal adventure freebie video game available until the morning of September 16th.
