If you don't like the overly generous space between lines - I don't - then in calibre simply type in [without quotes] "line-height" and click the 'Padding' box.
One can, as I did, also download the correct cover from Amazon and remove that wrong and tiny little pixel cover.
Also, running this through calibre removed the interference alluded to in my previous post.
