iRex replied last night that they will investigate and suggested I call UPS as well to put more pressure on them.
I looks like that won't be necessary, as it arrived in Sydney last night, cleared customs and is en-route for delivery.
The last scan in Cologne was obviously when it was placed on the freight aircraft, but I do think that "ORIGIN SCAN" is a bit too cryptic.
Maybe tomorrow.....
