Based on a couple of conversations I've had with him, I doubt it very much.
After Hollywood butchered the movie version of
Sphinx, he has become very protective about what his name gets connected with. He said he now knows he was incredibly spoiled by the way Michael Crichton handled
Coma. Even though the movie is different from the book, all the changes were something that Mr. Cook had a hand in/knew about/approved/etc.. Not so with all the changes to
Sphinx.
Since then, his books have only been made into TV movies/mini-series, because he said he can more easily negotiate for enough control to make sure the end product meets his wishes.
So, we might see a posthumous book or two, but whatever is in them will almost certainly have been personally vetted before he died.
