I fix usually those with Bulk mode Search and replace if I get more than 1 (by hand if just 1 since the S&R tab is not directly available unless you trick it)

I also commonly see 'Book' not 'Bk'. BTW triggering on Book, might be dangerous if Book IS part of the title
