When I try to open an ebook from the calibre-server I got the following message:

Could not download book
OEBPS/Images/image00662.jpeg
Failed to communicate with "/book-file/662/EPUB/82699251/15021337820/OEBPS/Images%2Fimage00662.jpeg?library_id=calibre&150463 3377533", timed out after: 30 seconds

I already did the following:
Change php timeout execution time.
change timout settings (calibre-server)
change --max-job-time=120

This issue happens only with an epub of 100MB. Smaller files don't have any issues because I download these within 30 seconds.

I have this issue only when I'm traveling, because of slower internet connections.
