I don't speak Turkish, but I just set the Aura ONE to Turkish and tapped around a bit. I have no idea if any of it is correct, but I didn't see any English.

If it is a problem, I would suggest restarting the device, and then changing to another language and then back to Turkish. Hopefully with those actions, it will fix itself.
