Kindle Textbook Creator uses a proprietary file format that is not supported by calibre or any other software that I know of. Any work you have done using that tool cannot be exported for use in other places.

If for some reason you have lost the original PDF or other files that you imported into the textbook, you may be able to recover some of them. Saving a book using KTC creates a .kcb file and a "resources" directory. Within resources there will be a "res" subdirectory. That contains one or more oddly named files without extensions. Those files that contain the content of the book, such as the original PDF pages.
