I can only freeze so much and I do have a chest type freezer. Barely fit that into the apartment. And a Foodsaver, must have one of those. had one for like 15 years. So when there is a sale on roast, which seems to be rare now, or stew meat, even rarer, I can stock up and freeze.
Our chest freezer is in the bedroom. Like you, we didn't find that many deals at Sams.
