Hopefully third time will be lucky. To get my money back from my health insurance for a prescription you have to send in a copy of the receipt and fill out a form. You can do that by making an actual copy, fill in the form and send it in by snail mail. You can do it on your computer or though the app. I use the app, in the app itself you can take a picture of the receipt to send it in.

I did that twice and it got rejected twice because the picture wasn't clear. I found out that the in-app photo software is crap. When I take a picture with the native photo app it's much clearer. I wonder why, the app is designed to take pictures of receipts, which are more often than not small print.

Spin-off rant:
Whether you claim via snail mail, PC or app the insurance company will always send you a new claim form. Even if you've always claimed digitally (like I do). A waste of paper and postage. Luckily they send the rejection or confirmation digitally if you want that (I do).
