Well, if he can't upload a file, based on VERY thorough instructions, images and a video, the chances that he'll make it through our process (which requires uploading, downloading, installing eReading software, etc.) is non-existent. Waste of his time and mine. I'd like to help, but...as of late, I've learned that you can be too quixotic.
