Cisco Kid stood at the bar when the stranger approached the bartender.

"Gimme a milk, 2%," the stranger said, as he wiped the sweat from his forehead.

Cisco Kid turned to the stranger and said, "Howdy, stranger. My name's Cisco Kid."

The stranger stood tall at the bar and drank his milk and then said, "My name's Cisco Kid, too."

Cisco Kid and the other Cisco Kid shook hands, one hand from Cisco Kid, in addition to the other hand from the other Cisco Kid, which would make two hands if anyone's counting.
