The conversion from docx to mobi done with calibre is of better quality when compared to Kindle's. The only problem is that the inline popup endnote, which is really awesome, disappears.

Is there any way to convert docx to mobi using calibre while maintaining the popup endnote?

I tried several things in order to make the popup endnote work, but to no avail.
